Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office one hour before the show starts.

Online sales close 1 hour before the show starts. Tickets will still be available at the box office (unless sold out).

Doors to the theatre open 30 minutes before the show starts.

All sales are final. No refunds.

Please note that due to limited staffing, we cannot process ticket orders over the phone. All ticket orders should first be attempted online. If you have trouble placing an online order, or have questions about ticket policies, show times, directions, events, donations, or any other matter, please feel free to call (864) 729-2999. All calls will be directed to voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible!

If you are unable to use your tickets, we will make every reasonable effort to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show, unless the show is sold out.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a time that is least disruptive to the show in progress.

Accessible Seating

Those requiring handicap accessible seating should purchase regular tickets online and then contact the Box Office to request special seating arrangements for your party. The box office can be reached at 864-729-2999 or at boxoffice@themarketanderson.org.

Children

Most Market Theatre shows are not recommended for children under the age of four, with the exception of certain youth theatre productions.

All audience members, regardless of age, must have their own seat.

As a courtesy to others, parents are asked to remove restless or noisy children from the theatre.

Not all Market Theatre shows are suitable for children. Mature content will be noted throughout our website and on the ticket sale webpage. We now use the same rating labels as the MPAA. Please note that these are not official MPAA ratings; this is simply our best effort to provide content awareness to parents and guardians.
