We’re proud to announce Dragons Love Tacos will hit the road in 2024! Watch your students light up as they take in hilarious acting, imaginative costumes, and live music brought to life by our incredible squad of professional actors.
With teacher guides provided for activities before and after the show and a Q&A with the actors after each performance, your students won’t just watch a show, they’ll get to flex their creative muscles and participate in standards-based arts education in a fun and supportive environment.
With just 18 slots available and spots going quickly, we want your school to be one of our tour stops! Booking is easy: just follow the three steps below and secure your school’s spot.
Complete the form below and choose tour date preferences from those provided February 21 - March 29, 2024. (Note that all tour stops take place in the morning, Wednesdays-Fridays.)

THE SHOW
You know what Dragons really love? Tacos of course! A boy and his dog are watching a TV show about dragons when they unexpectedly get caught up in the ‘Dos and Don’ts’ of what to serve to dragons to eat. Dragons love tacos, but if they accidentally eat spicy salsa…watch out!
Based on the 2012 hit by Adam Rubin, the stage adaptation offers something that your entire student body will enjoy!

Generously supplemented by the South Carolina Arts Commission, pricing is based on Title I status. With the help of this partner, we’re committed to keeping pricing low and affordable for our local community!

Includes 60-minute performance, 10-minute post-show talk, pre- and post-show activity guides, and dedicated Market staff to arrange all logistics
Actual Price: $700
General Price: $350 ($250 for Anderson School District 5 schools!)
Title I Price: $200 (FREE for Anderson School District 5 Title I schools!)
Travel fee for schools outside of Anderson County: $225 (up to 1 hour away from Market Theatre in downtown Anderson)
